Yes, I was bitten by a lass from Ontario in 1991.

OK, maybe its not legal but they do eat people sometimes, I'm sure of it.

Probably not, how would they get the meat without killing someone first. Murder is deintely illegal. Also if they were take meat from dead people it would have to be frozen. It just seems a bit nuts to have been legalized anywhere.
