i keep reading about sites that have a ton of poker pros playing on them. I don't see em a lot on pokerstars, I've heard there's a few on ultimate bet but that site is pretty sucky. FTP claims to have a lot but do they actually play there? the sites I play on don't have any pros.

from playing against people online, I can always tell when they watch too much poker on TV.

The best place would be in an actual tournament, in person. Alot of the match is cut out on TV, including alot of hands where everyone just checks, etc. 20 minutes of TV poker is probably 5 or 6 hours worth in real life.

If you've got digital T.V then just surf for any poker programmes. Alternatively, if you live in or nearby London you could get yourself down to the Victoria Casino on Edgeware Rd. This week is the EPT event and will be filmed. Load of pros will be there including the Full Tilt brigade i.e Phil Ivey.

Registration is free and immediate as long as you bring some I.D and proof of address like a utility bill or something.

Best place online to watch them is Full Tilt Poker. they have lots of pros playing lots of big games, and also smaller games. Mike Matusow, John Juanda and others are playing the big games every night it seems. Also see Chris Ferguson at a $40 razz freeroll other nite lol.

I've been able to find the most pros on Full Tilt Poker. You might want to check them out. If you looking for some other poker resources you might want to check out this free Poker eBook. I hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure they won't be advertising what table they'll be playing in. I'm sure they want some quiet time alone in their home to themselves if they ever want to play at their sponsored site.

What first popped to my mind when reading your initial question was where to actually watch them. My advise would be on a WPT episode on tv. The analysis is just as good as WSOP and it runs in seasons like a normal tv program, giving you more scenarios.

The best place to watch the pro's is only one place. Vegas. The sites may try to sell you on...hey we have all the pro's here. Bull. That would cost them way to much. Besides their idea of a pro may really vary.

There's a show on t.v that shows poker pros on there playing. I think it's on the travel network or something, just check you local listings.
