As we all can see, Islam is a field of gas soaked brush, ready to go ablaze with the slightest perceieved spark, or manufactured spark from a power hungry Imam.
It is thus, impossible to keep Muslims happy, even if you convert. Yet, with every new spree of Islamic murders or wars or terror, the response of many is to try even further appeasement or "kill em with kindness".
In once sense I am proud, and another I am embarassed. Our culture, from the school system up, as been built on ultra-tolerance, but the dariwian reality of the matter, as Islam proves, is that this is also a fatal flaw.
Appeasers...dont tell me you cant notice that with every sympathetic nod, the ultra-right wing Muslims feel even more self righteous...isnt that true? Instead of Muslims saying "well, they do consider our viewpoints" they simply cite those appeasers to add momentum to their propaganda efforts.
You see, Muslims arent raised to respect this idea of "every argument has 2 sides".

And where are you getting all this from? Do you know a single Muslim person, or have any Muslim friends? Probably not. If you did, you wouldn't be saying things like that. It's not our job to explain ourselves to you. We expect you to have enough intelligence to be able to tell lies from the truth. Do you think this government is telling you the truth about us? Hell, no. Excuse my language. But they lie about how violent we are, when they are the ones who are responsible for killing thousands of their own soldiers in a bogus war that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Why do you trust this government is the real question. And trust me, not everybody is appeasing us, okay? We are still having a hard time with the aftermath of 9/11, and the tremendous sense of responsibility for something most of us find horrendous. Darwinian reality doesn't prove that religious tolerance is a "fatal flaw."
Personally, I think that upholding the Bill of Rights and the freedom of every person in this nation to worship freely will keep the country safe, safe from an oppressive over-bearing government that spies on it's populace. We need to defend the freedoms we enjoy, even for those we may not like or disagree with.

ABC tv refused to show the political cartoon of Muhammed because of fear of violence. What does that tell you? But they will show the "singer" madonna hanging from a cross emulating Jesus Christ during sweeps week. The media and the left protect a "religion" that has a desire to savagely destroy us. The appeasement is wide spread due to fear. Bash a Christian though and you might get some extra points.

wow! I don't agree with a word you said but I must admit I got a chuckle out of the satiristic way you wrote this post. You need to take chill pill tho; we all know Muslims aren't really like that. They are peaceful people but are just getting frustrated with negative media reports, and people like you who are trying to just add that last straw to the burden. That's the same way I feel about fundamentalist Jews & Christians. Appeasing them obviously does no good since they are dogmatic in their beliefs.
Maybe we should open death camps and execute all bible thumping fundamentalists.

I was just mirroring your suggestion. You don't support your own ideas? Familiar with the word H Y P O C R I T E? Look it up in your nearest bible and see what it has to say about people who talk from both sides of their mouths.
BTW, Jew, Christian and Muslim fundamentalists are all "bible thumpers." They ALL got their ideas about executing "non-believers" from the Old Testament, a terrorist's guide to world peace through wholesale slaughter.

Perhaps Muslims will be appeased if we stop messing around with the internal politics of Muslim nations and stop killing Muslim civilians in Muslim nations. Perhaps invading their nations wasn't really a good move after all.
And Christians haven't really been known for their understanding that "every argument has two sides", you know...
