That's the coolest dream I've ever heard of. I sometimes have this dream where I'm walking along at night and fall into a ditch, which actually happened once, and my whole stomach and midesection convulses and I wake up. Or that my landlord stabbed me in the stomach and my midsection tightens hard and i wake up. My advice? Just tough it out, that's what I do. Don't dwell on it. Could be night terrors and you'd have to see a doctor and get some medication, but there could be an all natural, homeopathic remedy that works just as well. Might wanna try going to a health food store and asking them for some herbs perhaps. But other than that, just be strong.

recurring dreams mean your subcounscious is trying to get your attention. is there any pain in your stomach during the dream? If so, you may want to make sure everything is okay medically in your abdomen. Are you ignoring pain during waking hours?
If it is not based on anything physical, chances are you are anxious about a recent change in your lifestyle? you could be on a cusp of life change; something we all experience. Are you moving from one phase of life to another; eg. from teens to adulthood; from single to married; from childless to being a parent. etc. seed changes make big adjustments in your psyche necessary. Look at common elements of the dream and ask yourself how it makes you feel emotionally, how it makes you feel physically; how do these feelings relate to you when you are awake. there's your answer

wen i have dreams like this i ask myself what has been going on in my life that is symbolic to the dream. it sound like some that you though of was innocent is treating you badly, or you have an intuition that someone you trusted, or you see as innocent, is causing trouble behind your back.
my dad was native American and believed if you had the same dream over and over, it would come true. he always dreamed of being in the electric chair but he died of cancer.

Need more information: age. married or single? current relationships?
Also more about the dream: where are you? Is anyone else about? Behind or before you? Right or left?
DO you think you remember it ALL when you awake or does it feel as if not?
If you want to, communicate

Before going to sleep, try a protective mantra...
"Heavenly Father, Holy Mother, Powers of the Four Directions, my angels, my ancestors, my allies and all those who love me, please protect me and guide me in the realm of sleep..." Add what ever you wish. Be specific.
