When you apply for a job, your employer must fill out tax forms in order to withhold money from your salary to pay taxes. At the end of the year you file for a refund, the difference between what was taken out of your pay and what was withheld (the amount withheld is usually more than what is owed for most people hence we get a refund.) If an illegal alien applies for a job with forged papers and is hired then taxes are withheld and paid to the government out of that persons salary but there is no refund at the end of the year. Illegal immigrants who don't file taxes pay more taxes because they get no refund and pay the highest rate possible. Government officials know this and it is easily verifiable.

YES, many of them do, they either use a Pin number issued by the IRS, a number which usually starts with 9, or they use the phony one they invented. In either case, they do it because they want just like many of us the income tax refund on february or march, which surprisingly for many, they actually get. What they can't get is the credit of the Social security contribution credited to them, is just money hanging there without being able to be credited. And this is a cold hard fact verifiable in the IRS public records.

How do they pay taxes when they are paid under the table with cash? You A**es dont think before u speak.....i work at major chain store, all they do is come in use their wic, food stamps, and spend their 100 dollar bills that are not taxed!

Most of them do. They pay social security, and all of the other taxes. They do not get any of it back at the end of the year or when they retire either. The reason is because they have been using forged papers and get no credit for any taxes Social Security or anything else with held from their checks.

The only tax they might pay would be sales tax, if they but something here in the US. Of course, if they steal it, they do not even pay sales tax on that. But that is nothing compared to the taxes American citizens pay, and nothing compared to the benefits they receive here at the expense of the citizens.

Most of them do pay taxes, SS & medicare, and they're not able to get anything back.

I'm sure there are some that do.. but the majority probably do not as many of them are paid under the table.
