What do you do to keep the clock from ticking?

You really can't stop the clock from ticking. The best any of us can really do is to get it to seem to tick a little slower for us. Beauty tips are all well and good but they only mask the real issue going on here. My answer to this question would be along a few different lines.

The first is that if you really want to slow the clock after you turn 40, you really need to start long before that. Too many people that are only 22 don't really have a clue and they don't really get it until it is usually too late. No one stays young forever. You've got to start to take care of yourself while you're still young. Develop good eating and exercise habits. Its easier to stay in shape then it is to try and get back into it and its easy to gradually fall out of shape without really noticing it until it has gone too far.

The second thing is, while trying to maintain your youth as much as possible, accept the fact that certain changes are inevitable and learn to age gracefully. There is nothing as pathetic looking to me as a 40-something year old dressing like teenager. Accept the age you are and appreciate that there's beauty in all stages of life.

The third and final tip I have is to not put all your emphasis on your looks or your physical condition. Your mental outlook is as important as anything else and in many ways shapes the others. Always try to continue to think young and to approach life with vitality and fresh perspectives.

Myself, I take a great Vitamen and Mineral Supplement and other supplements that help with certain things if needed; such as cardiovascular support, joint support and/or immunity support. I also use antiaging products. Everything I use is from natural sources. Chemicals in the enviroment and the products we purchase play a big role in the aging process of our bodies so, it is good to try to rid your home and your body of the chemicals. I exercise regularly and eat right. This helps me to feel and look younger than I truely am. Best to you!

Physically you don't, age takes it's toll on the body. Young and old however, are in the mind. If you think old then you are old. If you think young then you are young. My problem is that I still think young but I'm finding a few things about old that I like. Such as being a grand father.
