Yes it is very very dead.
You'd better run and get a shovel because you'll probably need the leverage a good shovel provides for picking up something heavy like a moving dead dog.
Also, get some holy water. Now that I think of it, the movement could be that the dog is not only dead, but undead. If the thing comes to life and becomes a full on zombie, you want to be able to fend it off, and holy water is the best bet.

OMG!!! step away from the dog, this sounds like a really rare, contagious disease that dogs can get when their owners are twats, If you touch him your skin will start to blister, then it will turn orange and after a few weeks you will turn into a carrot and maybe you will be sent to live in a fish tank

You should contact your dog's vet and take the dog to him and let the vet examine your dog to find out exactly what is wrong if anything just to be on the safe side.
