First, Wells Fargo will charge for a non-account holder. Then, maybe your bank will charge for not using one of their ATMs. Finally, a small hidden charge for exchanging into US$.

Wells Fargo will charge you $2.00; additionally, your home bank may charge you a fee as well.

If possible (depending on the amount you need, of course), make a purchase at a store or supermarket with your ATM card, and ask for extra cash. That's one way to avoid ATM fees.

Well my bank account is from Wells fargo and they told me if i go to a different bank they will of course charge!! but you need to talk to the Egyptian bank they should know!! and they should have told you! because that's what my personal banker told me when i first opened my account!! that if for example i went to Bank of america they would charge me. But it shouldn't be much, it could probably be up to 2.00 maybe i don't know but that's what my sis told me! but as i said talk to your bank about that! or you could just go inside wells fargo and ask them!!
