I love this one nice christian girl very much, but she wants to wait on dating right now. Right now we are friends, but what would be a good birthday gift for her? Christmas gift?

It depends on how well you know her but you can NEVER go wrong with a nice card and a holiday teddy bear for Christmas and another nice card, chocolates and at most 5 roses on her birthday.

The more you've known her, the more expensive the things should be but if you don't know her too well, you have to get her inexpensive stuff so you don't come off as some weirdo.

If you are not truly dating, then don't buy her jewelry or flowers or anything of any real sentiment.

I'd stick with a gift card (no more than $20) to her favorite store - or offer to take her to lunch and just give her a nice platonic "Happy Birthday" card.

I would get her something that doesnt suggest anything. Does she have any hobbies? As a woman I love it when a man remembers something that I told them. Has she told you anything that she would like or wanted to do? I dont mean for her birthday I mean just in regular convo.

Have a couple of caps made with her name on them (in 2 different colors). You can do that at http://www.cafepress.com/cp/customize?pid=3363961.
