After WWII about 100 Nazi scientists were taken over to the USA to help with military projects and space travel. There was then the space race between the USA and Russia who had also used technology and knowledge from the former regime in Germany. The prime testing site in America was of course Area 51.

Very good question.

The end of WWII saw the birth of both JET AND ROCKET tech. with the Germans well ahead on point (fortunately the war wasn't decided on points!).

Everyone with a brain knows that Werner Von Bruin was the main force behind the SAT5 rocket that got to the moon with Apollo, he was also the chap who came up with the first ICBM.. the VII. What is less well known is that the team that gave the Germans the ME262 Jet fighter (Fighter Bomber to be precise) and other cool aircraft were rounded up after the war and shipped to the US.
The outcome was the Sabre and Super Sabre aircraft which came in handy during Korea!

Now, the Roswell crash.... IT WAS NOT AN ALIEN SPACECRAFT!!!! The Germans during the war tried a number of weird aircraft types... the Weirdest of the lot was called the FOO FIGHTER. This was a rocket and jet powered Disc (as in flying saucer!) that they hoped would be able to ram through the bomber streams of B17's by day and Lancaster's by night... they even built a number of prototypes which they tested out over the Eastern front and (although there is no firm account proving this) the Sky's of Germany...

The lockeed martin skunk works (testing area in the midwest) was one of the sites chosen for the captured (or liberated) Germans they brought back after 1945.

Now... what makes more sence? ALIENS or a crashed and VERY secret experimental German Aircraft being evaluated or worked on by the US?

There is so much wrong with this, I'm not even sure where to start. The crash in Roswell, New Mexico was in the 1950's, Nazi Germany was long gone by then. Furthermore, "Area 51" is located at Groom Lake, Nevada. They're not that close together. I still can't figure out what you're getting at, but then again, I don't think you do either.

Yes, I dispute this. Listen Area 51 is in Nevada and Roswell is in New Mexico. Are you aware of that? Perhaps it would behoove you to get your facts straight when debating known issues. I am not attempting to be mean here, just pointing out how difficult it is to explain any relationshp when the facts are not correct.

Now, after ww2, of course America took in as many good scientist as possible from Germany. There were a lot of very intelligent and capable individuals who were not war criminals and the entire world has benifited from their work. Why we would wish to forgo these folks potential contributions just due to their country of birth is beyound me. Not all German's supported the actions of Hitler. When you are in a country going mad you tend to want to keep your head on your shoulders or a bullet out of your brain and your family alive. So, how do you reconcile all these facts with any conspiracy theory? I really would like to know, not just asking out of complete contempt for your question. Even though a large part of your question is flawed, there still is some merit to a part of it. Namely the part of us using inlelligent men to help in our developement of many different advances these past sixty years after ww2.

I see no problem in taking assets where we can get them as long as those human assets are willing to contribute and not taken against their will. Now as for the alien theory, I really don't know about that. There was defenantly secrets then and still are many today. What those secrets contain is up for debate as they are secret after all and when something is secret it is known to either one or a few and others are left speculating and wondering, which leads towards all types of outlandish notions. Do I think there is life in another universe? Sure, why would we be the only sentient beings around such a huge area? Any who assume we are is simply arrogant to not even give the idea any thought at all. We are not even that advaced when it comes right down to it, we stilll kill people in the name of religious belifes and for the idea of justice. Any poeple who kill for any reason is behind the times and need help in acheiving real advancement in humanity.

The German rocket scientists involvement in the US space program are very well documented, you cannot watch History Channel for four hours in a row without running into a documentary on Von Braun and the others.

As for calling these scientists nazi, you have to understand that a grand majority of these people had no choice but to join the party in order to stay at work. Wikipedia has a very interesting expansion on this dilemma at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wernher_von_Braun

Also, Von Braun was no saint. Pennemunde used slave labor, it could be argued he was directly responsible for whatever happened in Pennemunde.

As for Rosswell, it doesn't matter. It could be real, or it could be a distraction. Or it could be real and still used as a distraction. The end result is that you will only know what they want you to know.

i believe your closer than a lot of people admit. Although i have no information I do have a theory. I believe Roswell was a crash of a captured V2 rocket that had been equipt with either a nuclear or some other type of warhead. When it crashed rather than admit to the US public we put them at grave risk we concocted the UFO story.

military tests? no doubt

secret? well, yes

nazi germany? in a sense; the US got their rocket scientists from Germany after the war - the Germans were ahead of the game at that time. But by then Germany was no longer "nazi germany", it was rubble.

was it bleeping aliens with green antenna and magical powers etc etc etc? was it fruck.

Just a couple things
- if it were fact, it probably wouldn't be disputed
- What does Area 51 (in Nevada) have to do with Roswell (NM)?

And then we all went to the North Pole and met Santa Claus and he gave us free tokens to use at the strip club where Marylin Monroe gave us a lapdance and Herbert Hoover got in a fist fight with the Kaiser and we all raced camels to Mars.
