Has anyone else had a problem with heinz weight watcher microwavable soup thai chicken flavour, whenever i go to prepare it it explodes in my microwave or tips over?
Any similar stories or suggestions?

Make sure the metal top is off, then try stirring it before you microwave, and finally, try lessening the time you microwave it for

I have a plastic jug with a lid designed for the microwave and I heat my soups & sauces in that. Mine is tupperware but I am sure there are other kinds as well.

cover with clingfilm, then do it on half power for twice as long,
