I assume you want the numbers written out, so in Scottish Gaelic it would be:

February 14, 1973 =

An ceathramh latha deug dhen Ghearrain, naoi ceud deug 's a trì fichead 's a trì dheug. (literally means "the fourth day ten of February, nine hundred tens and three twenties and three - counting in Gaelic is verrrrry complicated LOL)

September 19, 1971 =

An naoidheamh latha deug dhen t-Sultain, naoi ceud deug 's a trì fichead 's a h-aon deug.

As a note, the "modern" calendar was only recently introduced to Gaelic culture/language. The months used to correspond to the times of the year instead of fixed lengths. So while the younger generation are learning the Gaelic equivalents to English months in school, a lot of the older generation don't refer to them in the same manner. Instead, it's more common to hear the English names.
