Neither. Vitamins have no effect on your weight.

You may gain or lose weight as a result poor eating habits or lack of exercise and stress but the pills won't have anything to do with it.

The multi-vitamins help supplment the important vitamins and minerals (such as Zinc, Iron, Calcium and B12) if you aren't absorbing enough of them in your diet. You may become deficient if you don't get enough of these vitamins on a daily basis. As always, please see a physician before undertaking any type of restricted diet.

well at first you may gain a little weight because your body isnt used to all the vitamins. but as it gets used to it then u may start losing weight if you are using the pills the right way.

I would say that not only will they help you gain energy and optimal alertness, but they will also provide anti-aging effects too. Vitamins are probably the most brilliant thing you can do for your health.
