Shampoo your hair and scrub two minutes, rinse well, and then condition for five minutes. I use Biolage shampoo and this works really well. After, wrap hair in towel to soak up moisture, then comb through hair with your fingers and let air dry. Try to minimize time spent blow drying hair, straightening, or curling. This tends to make hair brittle. Also, get a trim regularly and try to supplement your diet with plenty of water and vitamin e.

Find out the easy technique for hair so smooth and shiny, you’ll say “magnifique!” No more frizzies!
INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup white spelt flour
1/2 cup barley flour
1 cup distilled water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 plastic bag that can fit over the hair

To Make:
1. Sift the flours together in a large bowl.
2. Pour the water and vinegar over the flours and mix well.

To Use:
1. Spoon the flour mixture onto your dry hair.
2. Smooth the paste all over the hair shafts. (This treatment is for the hair. It is not harmful for the scalp, but the focus is on getting the paste on the individual strands of hair.)

3. Sweep the coated hair up on top of your head and cover with a plastic bag, securing with a hair clip or clothespin.

4. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes.

5. Remove plastic bag and rinse the mixture off hair thoroughly using cool water. (Hot water will make the flour stick to the hair shafts.)

6. Shampoo as usual, rinsing with cool water.

Shampoo every other day or less frequently, if possible, unless you exercise regularly or work outdoors. Excess shampooing strips natural oils from the hair.

Let your hair air dry whenever possible. Blow-drying can dry out the hair and damage it even more. When using hot rollers or a curling iron put thin strips of cotton fabric around them to lessen the damage done by them to your hair.

If you're in a rush and have to blow dry your hair, use the dryer on the lowest, coolest setting or stand in front of a fan and run your fingers gently through your hair as it dries.

Massage your head daily for 5-10 minutes to promote blood flow to the scalp and improve the quality of your hair. Start at your temples and work toward the back of your head, apply pressure in circular motions.

Turn your head upside down and give it a good brushing from the scalp to the ends, which stimulates the scalp and spreads natural oils through the hair.

Be sure to take your B vitamins. B6, B12, folic acid, pantothenic acid and biotin are associated with moisture rich hair. You can take a multivitamin or eat food's rich in B vitamins including soybeans, bananas, beans, yogurt, avocados, eggs and grains.

Be sure to eat enough protein. Your hair is composed of protein and if you don't get enough it could cause your hair to become dry and brittle. Make a protein shake twice a day just to be sure.
Protein Shake Recipe
2 Tbs. Soy protein Powder (your favorite kind)

1 cup milk or juice

1/4 cup fresh, canned or frozen fruit

ice

Mix in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Try this wonderful deep conditioning treatment once a week to rejuvenate dry damaged hair.

Egg Shampoo
1 egg

1 tsp. olive oil

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 Tbs. Castile soap

1/2 cup water or herbal tea

5 Drops of essential oil of your choice (optional)

Combine all in blender and whip until smooth. Shampoo with mixture using warm, not hot water for the shampoo and rinse. Store any remaining shampoo in the refrigerator for use the next day.

I would tell you what to do as it was what I did. Now, there is natural herbs that gives healthy moisture to your hair and makes it flexible enough to do anything with. Pomergrant and peach are two. Now, you want to get it in a conditioner.
Hear is the kicker about hair. You DON'T want to shampoo your hair everyday. In reality that is what kills hair. Putting all thoes chemicals into your hair tends to hurt your hair rather then help it. Trust me :) Just set out a schedual that seperates the time you shampoo your hair. 2 times a week is perfict. Odd huh to think about? Well conditioner you can also use twice a week, it has even more chemicals in it tho! So just be carefull. You hair will have natural oil that is best for it if you simply stop putting all thoes harsh chemicals in it. Good luck :)

I used to have the same problem so I switch hair care products to the Aussie hair care and then once a week I spray in this oil product (sorry I don't remember the name) that helps it to have shine, texture, body, and silkiness. I wash it out after about a half an hour, but it works well.

i be responsive to this sounds atypical, yet brew some eco-friendly tea and allow it cool. once you're taking a shower, moist your hair then ring the water out and pour the eco-friendly tea over your head. permit it take a seat for 5 minutes then rinse it out and shampoo/concern as regularly occurring. in case you do no longer want to try this use a shampoo and conditioner for dry/broken hair or a pass away in conditioner including Aussie hair coverage or infusium 23.
