You can only take out what you put in. While many illegals do contribute to SS it is almost impossible (not impobable) for them to get any of it back.

There are exceptions like say you are from Cuba and happen to make it to the US. I know those people get SS while never having had put a cent into the system.

here's a question in regards to your question. being a business owner i hired without my knowledge illigal aliens with what appeared to be legal social security cards. i paid the system each week the employee part and the employer part of SS. at the end of the year SS sends out a "not a real number" list and request that you check with your employ for a correct number. guess what SS refunds none of the monies paid in on these fake numbers ...so the employer is out big bucks. Where does this money go?

you're precise, Dr. Linder. the overall public of human beings are in worry-free words fascinated interior the poultry of their pot, and they don't seem worried about the waste in authorities. Paying Social safe practices reward to an unlawful alien who under no circumstances deposited a unmarried dollar in to the trusts "lock field" is criminal and insane. yet, even if, maximum of those in Washington are both! between the definitions of insanity is doing a similar ingredient many times and waiting for a diverse effect each and every time.

Those who actually pay taxes using either a PIN number provided by the IRS ir a fake SSN, don't get credited the SS credits, they don't.

If you use a PIN, you pay SS but you don't get credit for it, unless later you actually get a real SSN, then they will credit all the backed contributions you made. If it is a fake ocial, when you get a real one, then they will adjust it and finally give you the credit, but before that, you just don't get a SSN. the talk that they get SS benefits is simply illogical and counter to fact, seriously.

The provision was in the Senate Bill which was stalled.

Some think some Democrats may try to amend parts of that bill to the House Fence bill they are voting on in the Senate, possibly today. However, I doubt that provision will be one of them unless they try to attach the whole bill, which would just kill it.

If this provision comes back it will likely be in the context of future bills. For right now, I consider it dead.

Stalled, petitions are being circulated agianst it. Citizens are speaking out. As it was currently going to be voted on, even if you STOLE someone's info, you could still gain benefits, even though you acquired them through a felony act.

Nobody can collect Social Security unless they have paid into the system. If they have actually paid into the system, why shouldn't they collect benefits if they are deserving?
