Absolutely. Lebanon is about 50% Maronite Christian. Egypt has a huge Coptic Christian population. Iran (muslim but not Arab)has Armenian orthodox and Catholic citizens).

The Quran teaches that Allah sends messengers to all
peoples in different ages. The fiercest religious rivalries
usually exist within ones own religion.
A Persian, Baha'u'llah, was an advance messenger, who
taught the progression of religious thought from Christ, and
Muhammad, to his day. And said there would be messengers
and warners to come.
The Bahai faith is worth studying. Though like all religions, many of his adherents are hung up on him. Read it and decide for
yourself.

I don't know if I'd say "flourish" but various forms of Orthodoxy are allowed in most Muslim countries as long as they don't proselytize.
