I found the PERFECT one, unfortunately it's been hard to find since then: Tomato Basil.

Found it at a tiny italian shop, haven't seen em anywhere else... but it definately hit the spot...

I've tried Bleu cheese, but that made it funky I thought (even though the olive itself is good).

Pimento is the classic I usually go with, jalepeno is good, but not the taste I'm usually after...

What I extremely have constantly achieved, because of the fact i like olives and grimy martinis is each time i'm achieved ingesting a jar of olives I keep the brine in a extensive jar, that way I often do no longer run out of brine if i'm having a dinner party.

I prefer an anchovy. I hate green olives - that is the only way I will eat green olives. The salty taste of the anchovy with the olive flavor is awesome - of course after a few martini's who cares about the olives!!! ha ha ha :)

I don't like martinis, but in general I like queen olives stuffed with garlic.

Plain pimento stuffed olives, otherwise it messes with the taste of the Gin. Unless you're using crappy gin then I guess anything goes.
