sock burn..is what you have
go and but some different socks
something in those socks (synthetic) is making your feet do this
try and change socks halfway through the day
do your shoes have removable insoles?
if they do remove them at night and let the shoe dry out
sole burn is usually from moisture and friction

It might be athlete's foot. I never tried it, but I heard Gold Bond powder is good for such things.

If it has gotten bad, see a dermatologist.
