Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes
...........it kick starts your metabolism.
I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables .......Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, diet soda. Or water.

My goal is 45 pounds so we are close. I have lost 30 in three months and reach a plateau for the last two months. You are right that working out is the key. I can not lose weight when I dont work out, which has been the problem the last two months because as bad luck have it, I had three consecutive infections and was too weak to excercise. As soon as I get better I plan to lose the last 15 pounds in 9 weeks.
I think you should give yourself at least 18 weeks to lose the weight so you end up loosing fat for sure and not water or muscle tissue instead. Dont work out too hard becasue you can get muscle fatigue!! Two hr work out should be better

First of all let me say yes you would definitely lose the weight as long as you were cutting back your caloric intake significantly. By working out 3 hours a day though you would need to recoop those extra calories somehow and they would have to be not fat calories to keep it off. Unfortunately the thing you may have to deal with when you lose that much weight that fast is a lot of sagging skin. So it is better to lose it gradually or your skin can't react quick enough. My friend who is a med student told me it is best to lose about 2 lbs a week which would be 32 lbs in 4 months.

Yes it is - but you are going to have to work your *** off! I had a friend of mine who was 325 (pretty much all soft jelly). He went on a veggie-pasta diet (no sauce, no bread, no cheese, just pesto, pasta and veggies), worked out on mostly cardio (walking first, and swimming, then went up to biking and running) for about 2 hrs per day. Plus he took a lot of vitiman C and B. He cried for three months, but in the end of 3 mos. he was down to 255 and looked good! It's possible, it can be done, I've seen it, and he's kept the weight off - in fact he's down to 225 and is thinking of taking up a marathon in the winter. Can you believe that! We still have his 'fat' picture up on the wall at the hot wing joint when he made his last stand. He at his last plate of hot wings before he lost the weight. We go there now and laugh. He's in GREAT SHAPE!

First off - you do not need to do 3 hours of cardio. That's absolutely ridiculous! You need to do about 45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week. You also need to weight train in order to tone about 3 days a week. The main thing you need to focus on is the cardio and getting your heart rate up. You also need to not drink soda, avoid refined carbs and limit sugar. Drink tons of water - and you should be well on your way.

Reduce the stress. Your stress hormone cortisol might be activated by extremely low-calorie weight loss plans, intense training, lack of slumber and day-to-day worries, which results in a spike in glucose levels within your blood. More worryingly, it can contribute to blocked arteries and fat build up around your internal organs, putting you vulnerable to diabetes and heart disease. The sole prescription for this is to… chill out.
