My sister had a hard time getting pregnant and then did and lost one ovary to a tubal and had 2 kids after easily so yeah it is possible.

Yes, you still have your right ovary, and assuming it is healthy, it is still producing eggs.
Granted, your odds are lower, but you can still get pregnant.
