Not only does it detox ,it also gives the stomach a feeling of being full. If you are chronically dehydrated the body can actually loose it thirst mechanism. It substitutes hunger.Meaning sometimes when you crave food your body is actually begging for water.

I see no reason why you can't use a little flavoring. A lot of people like a twist of lemon in their water.

It will keep you from dehydrating, and it will fill up space that would otherwise go to calorie-laden food.

sure, mix, but the idea is your body needs water and it is zero fat and calories so you will not be able to fit all that food in your body LOL

it get all the bad stuff out of your body and it is 100% fat free. if you drink water then you are in the process of cleansing your body.
