I'm trying to lose weight. I am only eating between 900-1300 calories a day. and doing 15- 20 mins. of light full body workout. I take a cortosol supplement 2x a day and womens one a day. i drink coffee all day long to keep up the energy, i have a 2 mo old baby! so is this safe? will it work? how long will it take? anyone want to be a weight loss budy email me!

no i'm not nursing i'm not comfortable with it or I wouldv'e. is the coffee better than soda? I just broke myself of diet coke almost a 12 pack a day now I have ONE once a week, but i got stuck on the coffee!

No it's not safe. You are starving yourself and if you are nursing your milk will dry up really fast living like that. If you aren't nursing maybe you should have because that burns 500 calories a day just sitting on your butt making milk.

Coffee all day long sounds like a bad idea.. your body would need to use more energy to DETOX the coffee out of your system.. much more than there is left to help you get rid of wat should not be in your body...

You have just given birth and need lots of nutrients... if you b/feed, you are likely to lose weight faster.

i wanna lose 50pounds.. my email address is baswli@yahoo.ca ill gladly b ur partner.. im so in neeed to lose weight..... nyway i am takin isagenix.. shakes twice a day!! these r 500cal together, and then i eat a 400cal lunch.. so u cna sya im etaing 900cal a day only... and working out 20mins too.. sometimes 30mins.. goodluck to us!!
