He's eating something different in his diet, or had a bout with some little bug. Its actually really normal and perfectly okay.

feed him broccoli, you'll find what goes in comes right back out the same color and often quite the similar smell. All part of being a tiny person with a tiny digestive system.

You didn't mention if he is breastfeeding. If you are nursing, sometimes green watery stools and a fussy baby means there is a foremilk/ hindmilk imbalance. This means that the baby is taking only the thin watery milk released at the beginning of nursing and never fully emptying the breast to get the fatty, nutritious hindmilk. It can cause those type of digestive problems. Of course, green watery stools can also be caused by antibiotics, in which case I would recommend giving the baby a bit of acidophilus twice a day for about a week. This is sold over the counter at pharmacies, you can open the capsules and dip a little on your finger and wipe the inside of the baby's cheek. Hope this helps, and good luck!

Usually if someone is passing a green stool it's because they have ingested something purple. Have you been giving him grape juice maybe...I wouldn't worry about the color of his stool as long as it's not red and seems to have blood in it.

don't worry about it it could be a couple of reasons, one being is he teasing if so that would be the reason and second could be that you could be feeding him some veggies that could be letting he stool be that color. im optic mics only with the info given but try not to worry about it ,it should pass but if he's teething then there's no a whole lot that can be done but T L C TENDER LOVING CARE...

Yes, completely normal. Their stool is the color of the food they eat. Have you been feeding him green beans or peas? My 7 month old likes a lot of orange veg. (sweet potatos, carrots, mixed veg) and often poops an orange colored stool.

Sounds like just an upset in his digestive system and I wouldn't worry unless he appears sick, like your dr said.
He could have possible eaten something that wasn't right or you could have started a new food possibly??

mine would do that also....when ever i would give them any green veggies, that's when the poop would hit the fan. it was very runnie and nasty mess to clean..i would take them and put them under the water to rinse them off....in one end and out the other..don't worry you are ok.....
