number of atoms in the Earth. Earth's mass is roughly 6E24 kilos. Number of atoms in Earth must be about 3.6E51. Pretty large (I think).
Or take our Milky Way. Its mass is estimated at 1E12 solar masses. This is 3.3E17 Earth masses. If you multiply by the above you'd get something like 1E69 atoms in the Milky Way.
There are an estimated 100 billion galaxies in the visible universe. That would give you about 1E80 atoms in the universe.
Small? Gravitational constant is 6.67E-11. Mass of a bacterium is about 1E-14 kilos. Gravitational force between two bacteriums 1 meter away from each other is (6.67E-11)(1E-14)(1E-14) = 6.67E-39 Newtons. Quite small.
Replace bacterium with electron (mass 9.11E-31), you get a gravitational force of just 5.54E-71 Newtons between two electrons 1 meter away from each other.
Now put the electrons at opposite sides of obervable universe, that's 150bn light years away from each other. Which is about 1.4E27 meters away. The gravitational force between the two would be about 2.73E-125 Newton. Quite small!
Hope this helps
