She's very inerested. I purchased her a potty, she uses it when I go with her. She even uses the big potty. I just don't know what to do now.

There used to be this book called "Potty training in less than a day". It was really good and it really works, well, almost. I would highly recommend it.

Sounds like she is potty trained to me. Tell her to tell momma when she has to go. She will understand that. Be sure she has the potty training underwear on. She will mess on herself if she doesn't go to the bathroom.

Getting them to do A bowel movement takes a little longer. They can pee and understand but the bowel movement takes a little longer.

When I finally got my son to go to the toilet (I used a converter seat, nothing else. That way I never had to clean another pot plus, he went alone not with me or his daddy), and have a BM, he could not wipe himself well enough so that was my job for about a year and a half. He would go have a BM and no matter where I was in the house, on the phone, etc., he would scream, "Mama, I'm done . . . .MAMA . . . MAMA . . . I'm done pooping now. MAMA . . . you have to wipe my butt hole mama.

He is 28 today and I really miss those days. I know it is a lot of work and frustration, but once those days are gone, you will wish they never ended.

My mother always told me, "When your children are young, they are walking all over your feet; however, once they are grown, they tend to step all over your heart." She was right.

Children normally get potty trained a lot faster when they walk around naked a lot (at home - and not wearing diapers). It might require some mopping up, but should work magic within a week or two.

Positive reinforcement goes along way- and 18 months is a hit or miss time anyways! Just be happy she is intrested. Don't push REAL hard, she sounds like she will come around VERY nicely! Good JOB so far!

You don't need to "do" anything. If she is interested she will learn on her own. Spend more time enjoying her and less time stressing over something that will happen whether you "do" anything or not.
