I grew up on jasmine tea. Love it! It's kinda hard to find, but worth it for hot tea.
For iced tea I like Earl Grey with lemon. And the perfect tea time for that is during my afternoon walk so I can stop by the bakery that serves it. :)

i love moroccan mint tea....
2 tsp Chinese green tea
5 cups boiling water (use extra for rinsing the tea)
1/2 cup sugar (or more to suit taste)
15 fresh spearmint sprigs
Bring a kettle of water to a rolling boil. Heat the teapot by swirling some boiling water in it, then pour out. Add the tea leaves and pour a little boiling water over them. Swirl around, and quickly pour the water out again, taking care not to lose the leaves. This is to rid the tea of the bitterness. Add mint leaves, sugar and the 5 cups boiling water. Allow to infuse for 5 min. Taste, adding more sugar if you like. Serve in small glasses.

I loved iced sweet tea....anytime, anywhere.
when its cold, or I am sick.... hot mint tea.
