He has a job and an apartment. He will be graduating next month. I do agree that next month he should be responsible for all of his own bills.

They have to be in college (and taking a certain amount of credit hours) and then they are covered till 21. If not in college, they have to be living at home.

The "child" needs to get a job ASAP!

Most insurance companies required that the child need to be in college or in some school and be a full time student.
I was in my fathers insurance until I turned 23

A 20 year old who is out of college should be covering his/her self with insurance not mooching off parents.

If they are not a full time student. You will have to get a doctors note stating why the child is not in school full time. My daughter can be on ours till 25 and has had a few doctors note for health issues.

That's a question for your health provider but generally speaking the answer would be no. Out of school and on his own are the key factors.

depends on your insurance policy, most require that the child is living with you and or is a student at university.
