I feel its really easy to disprove an atheist. Just get God to appear on National TV and do really cool stuff like turning water to wine and walk on water. Then make Him say in a really cool voice, "Yes, I spoke to so and so and made them write the Bible. And I didn't charge any copyright fees. And yes, all other religions are bull crap" And finally He can upload a demo of Hell or Heaven on Youtube. It would make us atheists feel really stupid.

But I was wondering how can you disprove someone of their religion? Perharps if aliens descended upon our worlds and brought upon their own religion like the Son of God was really born on THEIR planet and they videotaped the whole incident, it would then be convincing enough.

PS: Don't tell me faith. Every religion has faith to show that they are right

Youve got three religions, all of which purport to be the only one true religion.

The only thing that will make them realize their folly is death. Once they die, they will all realize that they spent their lives worshipping a non-existent deity.

It is really hard because the type of people who seek religion need a parental figure in their life. When you were young and you parents were disappointed with you, most people would feel some guilt. This is controlled by the part of the brain called the 'superego.' A healthy mature person can normally live a happy, satisfied life by the time they are in their early twenties, without constant guidance by their parents. But for many, after leaving the nest, their is still a need to have a parent figure to tell them what to do. In most cases these type of people eventally find God to lead them and get disappointed with them when they do something wrong, but no matter what God still loves you. So in order to get someone to really see the light, they would have to understand why they chose religion in the first place and just some general understanding of science and the world would help too.

Just like you said, if faith is what we have to tell us we're right than the only thing to make a Christian feel they are wrong is a lack of faith. Just as there is nothing tangible in front of our faces to prove God exists and created all things, there's also nothing to prove its not true. People will rationalize whatever they want to believe, and it is the natural state of mankind to deny God. Which is why in the bottom of their hearts, everyone knows there is a God, but when it comes to believing in Him, most people don't. So basically, you cannot disprove a faith-based religion (or it wouldn't be faith), and someone who loses their faith in God, did not have true faith in the begininng.

Well, if we could dissect their brain we could remove portions so they do not believe.

Other than that.. there is not much we can do. We can try to show them the flaws their God System has. This usually does not work.

Death will not work because they will never experience anything again.

Perhaps make them read their Bible? Then again Muslims read their Bible often so that probably would not work.

"questioning, What could you do in case you abruptly found out that each and every thing you knew/concept approximately "God" replaced into incorrect?" it's going to in no way happen; invisible area chappies are nonexistent. "question # 2: How do you at contemporary cope with your evaluations being in conflict with the international's records base relating to the belief-approximately "God"?" I could desire to admit that I went by a era for the time of the 80s of being somewhat agnostic cos for a 2d i individually did think of that nearly all of humanity could no longer be incorrect. I wakened notably rapid and utilized the numerous data to pointed to the choice. nearly all of humanity is made out of peasants who're too afraid to question something in the slightest degree authoritative in no way been one among them. ~
