Children's Day is celebrated on the 14th of Novemeber in India to mark the birth of India's former Prime Minister, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru. Nehru was fond of children, and everyone called him Chacha Nehru (Uncle Nehru) with affection.

well i know y have u asked that question, but i'll tell u that the joke behind that is not valid enough and its just a co-incidence, moreover Valentine's Day is celebrated by the whole world and ur so called children's day i.e 14 Nov, is only meant in India....
