NO! You're not wrong.
You have an absolute right not to date someone for any reason at all.
If you are put off by someone's laugh, their political views or any other characteristic that you find unattractive, you have no social obligation to go on even one date.
I am a smoker and I've been disappointed a couple of times but never "offended" that my smoking has been a deal breaker for some guys

Nope, nothing wrong with that at all. I feel exactly the same way. Look at it this way:
1. The breath of a smoker is foul, and kissing them tastes like licking the bottom of an ashtray.
2. Second hand smoke is DEADLY, and if I don't poison myself why would I want someone else to poison me?
3. Anyone who smokes is either
a. Too stupid to know that it kills you
b. Too stupid to CARE that it kills you
c. Too addicted to help themselves
4. Why do I want to be with someone who is either stupid or a drug addict?

I wish I had been stronger in my conviction about this. I married a smoker, and now my children are emulating him, walking around with pretend cigarettes in their mouths, and it breaks my heart. Stick to your guns, you won't get used to it, the smell of cigarettes, the taste of cigarette kisses, you will only hate it more and more over time, and you are worth way more than that. Leave the smoking ladies to smoking men who don't really care. Find yourself a woman who respects herself enough to not do that to her body.

No, cigarettes are disgusting and nobody who doesn't smoke enjoys the breath or smell of someone who constantly smokes. You obviously care about being healthy than she does, find a girl who feels the same way you do about tobacco.

No - if a girl smokes that indicates that she does not care about taking care of her body, so you are right on in wanting somebody else no matter how hot she is. In a few years, if she continues to smoke she won't be so hot anymore as smoking accelerates the aging process. Do you want a girl that looks ten years older than she is? I doubt it.

If you prefer dating females that don't smoke that is your choice. Nothing right or wrong with it. Two of my sons feel the same way and say they would never go out with a smoker as don't want to kiss a bloody ashtray.

No you are not wrong. If you did date her she would soon begin to disgust you because of this habit. If she likes you enough get talking and express your dislikje for smokers you never know you may do her a favour. Most girls smoke because an insecurity anyway.

no you are not. but if you like her, and she has not been smoking long, maybe you can be an influence on her, and get her to stop, not only to date her, but for her health as well.
