My lived with my sister and her husband for a while. I heard
what sounded like a child running once downstairs. They lived
on the top floor of the house. Inspection proved noone there.
One night I heard it again, while I was watching TV with them.
I looked at them to see if they heard it. My sister said, "There's someone downstairs." My brother-in-law and I checked it out.
Nothing.
Later, I rented that house from them. I always figured a child
died there, and left an imprint, which is like a recording in time.
I have lots of experiences where I say my spirit is "awake". I
know I'm sleeping, but I can see my room. At those times I
have spiritual experiences.
Once, I was laying there "seeing" my room. From the kitchen
I heard a little girls voice saying. "I didn't play on that. I didn't
play on that."
My personal spiritual experiences are scarier than any movie
or book I ever experienced.
Suddenly, I saw an Amazon woman standing there. She was
naked. Walked to my bed and sat down by me. My spirit
zoomed to the end of the bed to get away.
"She" talked me back to the bed. When the spirit reached over
my head, and said, "Let me take your God helmet". I grabbed
it and threw it over the side of the bed.
When I looked again, I was holding a splotchy, purple arm
with claws for fingernails. I said, "I banish you to hell!" And
slammed it through the floor!
The next instant I was floating out of my body over the end of
the bed. And I felt something grab me and pull me back in my body. Then MY physical body awoke, and everything was back
to normal.
Dream, spiritual reality? I'll let you decide.

I have been to supposed haunted houses.. Absolutely nothing, other than a bunch of delusion nut cases that are suspicious of any noise and don't bother to investigate.

I live in an old converted Victorian chapel in a small village. It is certainly haunted, and even my dinner guests have shared this experience with me.

Poeple. Just people. I didn't see any 'ghosts' or monsters or anything cliche like that. I didn't even find out until later that it was 'haunted'.
