Technically, my son DID force sex on a girl, but he swears that by the end she started enjoying it. He said she orgasmed before he did. My son may be a rapist but he is NOT a liar. We plan to sue her if it comes to that.

60% of rape allegations are malicious and thrown out at an early stage, even more so later, so more likely than not shes lying. Its usually girls who got dumped by their b/fs and want revenge; or girls who get pregnant and need an excuse.
I agree that they should be made to pay if they cant prove it, wasting police time and smearing the name of decent guys.
Tell him to say she always asked him to do her roughly, it turned her on.
