If I were going to make a spinach casserole with ingredients you listed I would first cook the rice as directed on package. If your spinach is frozen or was frozen thaw and drain it well squeezing out as much liquid as you can. When rice is cooked combine the rice, spinach, condensed soup (undiluted) and whatever amount of cheese you like. mix well and pour into lightly greased casserole pan and bake at 350 until heated through and bubbly.

Sounds good. Mix it all together with half the cheese, put it in a casserole dish and sprinkle the other half on top. The rice should absorb the water, unless it's already cooked - if it is I wouldn't add water.
If you want to make it a whole meal casserole, I'd add some sliced up chicken breasts or thighs, or maybe some pork chops or something.
Don't forget some salt & pepper - just a pinch of salt, and a healthy dose of pepper is how I'd like it!

Everything sounds great but the spinach - I only like my spinach raw - not cooked - but I love rice cooked in water, milk, and butter!@
