Unless there was a contractual agreement saying that your product was not refundable and they agreed then they would be entitled to get their money back.
If they send the item back and you refuse to refund the money, the buyer can dispute the charge with their credit card company. The credit card company would take the funds out of your merchant account. All that the buyer would need to provide is proof they sent it back (tracking number).

that depends on the reason for changing their mind. I mean if i bought something and decided i didn't want it then that is my fault for buying it. Unless it was defected in some way I can't see you having to give back the money.......... buyer beware all sales are final! Unless of course you lied about what they bought ;)

If they did not pay by cash, they should not get cash back. If it was a charge transaction, they should get the charge credited back to the account if it is legitimate. Someone may use a card that is not theirs and try to get cash back. NEVER repay cash for a charge tranaction/
