And when I wake up,the things that were suposed to be where I
last left them are on a completely different place, and I turn on all the lights and I talk in my sleep.I also scare my parents because it isn't a pleasant feeling when you hear someone walking and talking in the midle of the night.I open the doors and shut them...
I think it is so terrible, once my mother woke me up during my sleep walking and I was so scared that I hid myself in the room.
Does anybody have a similar experience? Please don't tell me I'm the onlyone!

I'm not a sleep-walker now, but I have done so in the past. Once in fact I woke up from a nightmare and before I knew it I had run screaming to the nearest adult.

Apparently sleep-walking is in the family: My mother used to be a sleep-walker too, and it is possible- or was possible- to sometimes even have conversations with her while she was asleep.

I did all of that till I was about 16. I walked around, talked to ppl, while I was still asleep. Moved things, went thru drawers, and Id wake up in my bedroom closet or under the bed. Once in the livingroom closet.

My son was a sleepwalker for years. It seems that it happens to people who are stressed in their lives. He would carry on whole conversations,go outside, change his clothes when he tho't friends were going to meet him. You aren't alone... try to find ways to calm your mind before sleep. Good luck!!
