As the saying goes "in like a lion, out like a lamb" (cold and nasty at the beginning of the month, nicer and more spring-like near the end)

Hong Kong can be considered a year-round destination. With a mild climate from the middle of September to the end of February, and warm and humid weather from May to mid-September there really is no wrong time of year to visit.

March in Hong Kong will be very pleasant.
I live in Hainan, which isn't far away, and on the same latitude. Its 'T- shirt' weather.

i live in iowa, the midwest, usa, March is still cold, but spring right around the corner, signs of spring begin to show, daffodil sprouts, green bud on the trees where leaves will soon be., daylight stays a little longer , robins are spotted. gets a little warmer, id say ave temp around 30-50F-but that varies of course and is unpredictable.ive seen blizzards in march and i have also seen 70F temps before.

In Louisiana its kinda cool but beginning to warm up a little. Usually in the low 80's. At night it gets down to upper 50's or low 60's. Its the best time of year if you ask me because it's not to hot but not to cold either.

still a bit chilly (1X*C) but can be getting really humid sometimes....but you might get lucky. usually spring in HK is so humid that water could start coming out from walls.....=.= and when that happens prepare for the mosquitos until summer comes.

depends on which part of china you are in. if you're in beijing, you should expect it to start warming up, but you have to deal with sand storms as the wind brings in loads of sand from the gobi desert.
