What kinda plays?

Your local library probably has a theatre section, or a literature section, and they wont charge you to borrow them (late fees notwithstanding). Please note that many plays have owners, and many will ask for fees to perform their works. Some might not.
Shakespeare's works are the only plays that I know of that you will not get charged to play them.
