It is due to your 'reactions' when around guy or talking about sex... for example.
For an example... if a girl is a virgin.. they may become shy or uncomftable around guys because they are in-experianced... these are little examples, but in most cases, you cannot tell whether its down to being a virgin or not.
I am still a virgin and proud. I am comftable with myself and I can tell you now, no one can tell if i am a virgin of not!!! I am 23 now anyway... so most people would have thought I would have 'done it' by now!!!
The best way to tell is when you have sex with them... or about to atleast. Some girls (or guys) may want to turn it down with some excuse... or they may just give and say they are to their partner.
I think the purpose of this question is about you. If you just be yourself... no one will really tell if your a virgin or not... and stand tall and proud.
If somone asks you... its up to you if you want to be honest... or 'prentend' that you have. I just say yes I lost my vaginity when I was nearly 18.... etc.
It doesnt matter if your a virgin or not... noone can really tell!!

Some virgins tend to be timid, some not so much. Some girls have hymens that bleed the first time, some do not. It is true a virgin tends to be tighter, but if she masturbates and she's still a virgin then it wouldn't be as tight. Besides, a non-virgin who hasn't had sex in 2 years they say goes back to being as tight as a virgin. The only way a guy will know for sure is if the girl tells him, assuming she's being honest.

If a girl's hymen is still intact - very rare these days with the use of tampons - then a man may be able to tell because entering her is supposed to be more difficult. The membrane stretches over the entrance to the vagina and if a virgin is deflowered, there is supposed to be some pain (for the woman) and some bleeding
It's possibly an urban myth ... and there is certainly no way you can tell a woman is a virgin just by looking at her. It's not as if they have "Virgin" tattooed on their foreheads (or anywhere else come to that)!
Maybe girls who aren't virgins have less inhibitions when it comes to talking to guys but that might not be true either and even a virgin could have the balls to flirt with guys ...

No they can't tell. You can't tell by looking at someone. You can make a guess by their attitude in bed.......i.e if they are shy and sort of scared, then they might be, but you can't say for sure. The hymen (the covering of the vagina) can get broken without any sexual activity (like by cycling or exercise) and so a broken hymen doesn't mean that you are not a virgin either. Also bleeding the first time when you have sex, that is not necessary either, it only occurs in some people when their hymen breaks and not for everyone.
So you can't tell. But once you start having sex, your attitude will change, because you will know about it and have experienced it.

guys that have had sex with a virgin before can tell right a way, well during sex. if the guy is also a virgin he might not be able to tell the difference unless you tell him. But , I think most people these days know the deal.

Guys can tell if a girl is a virgin or not when they go to have sex with them. There is no way to tell just by looking at a girl

you mum sounds like mine was when i was a teenager. She use to tell me not to even wear tampons till after i was married...because only then i wouldn't be a virgin...but i lost mine when i was 18. i would say some guys may be able to tell others may not. when they penetrate you there is a peice of skin called the hyme and it tears which can be very painful....hence you bleed from it...so that is once way a guy could tell...although for me, i tore mine when i was younger when i fell on the bar of my bike. so the guy i lost it too didn't know that way...but he could tell because i wasn't sure what to do...no experience is a dead give a way! good luck hun

am a man and i cant tell until i get there...stop allowing people to fool you... if you don't sleep with anyone till the right time no one will know except you tell, you can always say you have done it twice if you are on pressure... but its great to keep yuor virginity

Yes, a guy can tell if a girl is a virgin...first...by the way that she acts. If a girl is a virgin, she won't involve herself in certain activities, such as drinking alcohol, using drugs, or anything that would or could lead to sexual activity. Second...when a girl gives herself to her first lover, he can tell by the act of tearing her hymen, and by the fact that she won't know how to react to his attempts to "turn her on" and/or when he enters her. If you are still a virgin, be proud and hold on to your virginity until you are married. You will be proud of yourself for doing that, and your husband will be too, and he will love you more for it.

I also a virgin and yes guys and doctors can tell if you are a virgin. How I do not know.
