well im sorry to say..there is no cure, antibiotics would be best from a doctor but if you want there are alot of otc medicines that work wonders, i take advil cold and sinus or sudafed cold and sinus, they work for me, also if you get allergies real bad take allegra-d, its a little expensive and its perscribed but i take this before allergy season and im sinus free!

No cure...as of yet. Its a waiting game. Lots of fluids and keep eating. Take decongestants for comfort.

If it is a true sinus infection. Antibiotics!

green tea, vaporizor, stuff like that, warm, smooth liquids. Nothing with acid and whatnot.
