A good multiple vitamin-mineral daily is helpful. Stresstab vitamins for bad days. Calcium-Magnesium-Zinc pills 3 times a day help calm nerves. An antioxidant formula is good for all your cells. Flaxseed oil covers a lot of problems related to fatty acid deficiencies. Chamomile tea is a good relaxer.
Boiron makes an effective anti-anxiety pill. Vigorous exercise is an excellent stress reducer.

Light a few candles, turn off the lights, play your favorite CD, get comfortable in your favorite chair or sofa, close your eyes, and think about your favorite place while listening to the music.

Some exercise helps me. A nice walk or bike ride seems to help burn off stress and helps me relax.

Do you have any hobbies? To reduce stress, I knit or paint. Also taking a walk or run is great. It releases alot from your system.
I also meditate at times.
CHOCOLATE is always good too!
