WOW! If she is younger than you, then I would guess that you try to be *the* last customer in line, and during the time your depositing/withdrawing your money, casually mention that you think her service is an asset to the bank, and that she has been the highlight of your banking experiences. If she responds to you in a positive way, then you may want to ask her if she would have time for a cup of coffee to chat or maybe an email exchange to get to know one another. If she is OLDER than you, then I think the same approach would apply, wouldnt it? GO FOR IT!!! Sounds like your smitten! If the casual talking seems to not be going your way or she gives you the clod shoulder at least you will know she has drawn the line of what you can or cannot say to her and that will lead you to the next line in the conversation, without revealing TOO much of your feelings. Hope this helps you out. GOOD LUCK!!!!

The fact that she is professional and "a beauty" are two different messages to convey.
One message is regarding her behavior, and can properly be addressed with her manager. This can be done in person or through a hand-written or typed (if you must) letter.
The other message is regarding her looks, which is not a professional message to convey, and could border on harassment.
Here's an idea. Why not go into the branch, and find out who the Teller Manager is. Then speak to that person about your favorite teller. Perhaps the Manager will call her over so that she can hear the praise herself, and then leave you to alone for a moment. It would not be too rude to say to the teller that you would like to buy her coffee some time.
If the coffee offer is seen as unwanted, or the whole situation, she will politely decline.
Be warned, however, that trying to mix the two messages together may negate the truthfulness of the first one in the recipient's eyes.
Good luck!

1. You are a generation older than her and you are putting her on a pedestal for her 'classic timeless beauty'. Stop right there. What an insult to the young lady. That may fly in movie dialog, but is rather immature and shallow on your part.
2. You do not know anything about her. You do not know if her character is good, or if you have anything in common. You do — she's the bank teller and handles your deposits and withdrawals.
3. I think you need to stop fantasizing about an unattainable young woman, and go where there is fish to be had (i.e. not at the bank).
4. Talk to your buddies, mates, and get their take.
Good luck.

Just tell her you think she is doing a great job and it is always a pleasure dealing with her when you come to the bank.
Ask her if it would be alright with her, if you could take her out for a nice dinner and perhaps a movie.
UPDATE:
But if your older than she is, that's just creepy dude, forget it, she isn't interested. What bank is this, you know, for my information only...hahah!!!
UPDATE:
But if you're creepy and have the potential qualitites to be a stalker, send her some flowers and a card. Inside the card put a seductive picture of yourself giving her Blue Steel or Le Tigre...

Tell her in a sincerely honest way without hitting on her. Everyone likes to be complimented. Passing anonymous notes is creepy stalker weird - and that is probably how she'll feel about it.

For the love of Pete, do not pass her a note. That is FROWNED UPON at banks.
If you must say something, just out with it. Say something like, "I just wanted you to know that I think...* fill in blank here*. She can take it for what it's worth.

Get over it. Being admired by an old fogie is a burden for a young girl, and she's got enough to worry about. Use the drive-in.
Lay off.

Just tell her, dont play games. There are 2 outcomes, she takes you up on your offer and you two hit it off. She doesnt want anything to do with you so you move on and forget about her.
Walk in, say I would like to know you better. Ask her if its okay for you to give her your number, and if she ever wants to do something to give you a call.

There is no way to do it anonymously. On your way out you could just say, "My, but you are beautiful." Then leave it at that.

have a pre prepared note and slip it along with your other transaction slips. As she is going through one by one she will read the note.
