Husband in present tense?

No.

Husband in past tense?

Maybe...

P.S. What does your husband's brother being Mexican have to do with anything?! If he's Mexican, surely your husband should be too unless he's half or step-brothers with this guy...

Absolutley not! There are plenty other men out there, try not "keeping it in the family "will you! Mexican or not! Him being mexican is irrelevant to the issue! I would tell you the same thing if he were Puerto Rican, asian, afro-american or Indian! Wrong is wrong! try putting urself in his shoes! Then what? Are they going to call eachother up one night and compare notes about YOU? hello!!!!!!!!! NO! NO! NO! DO U UNDERSTAND?!

No, you should not date your husband's brother. Have you lost your mind. There are plenty other men that you can date other than your brother-in-law. If you want to date other men, why don't you divorce your husband so you can be free to roam with other men.
