My sister is 5 years older than me. Every thing I tell her she acts like I'm telling her a lie. If I says the sky is blue she says it purple. Like her 15 year old daughter was hanging around a 35 year old woman being best friends, I told her this woman was trouble. Then every blew up she said didn't know. But if she hears something from someone else it the true. Why is she like this?

I am sure you are not the only one who cannot get along with your sister. I know people like her. She has decided she will always know more than you do. Quit trying to tell her anything and you may eventually have a cordial relationship. My sister and I finally got to the point where we have a cordial relationship. If she tells me something I do not agree with, I don't comment on it; I just listen to her. She does the same for me. It has taken us a while to get to this point, but it has worked out.
Of course, we don't have the close relationship that I have always wanted, but there is nothing I can do about that.
