Yes,I believe in God- I believe God is the creator of the universe, but I also believe he has given us free will to make our own decisions. So does God make everything- I don't think so- I think he lets man decide things like if there will be war or peace. God does not force his will on us. He merely offers us choices.

But, everyone is entitled to his/her opinion and to believe whatever makes them feel comfortable and let's them live with their consciences. The idea situation would be when no one tries to impose their beliefs on others, as I do NOT impose my beliefs on anyone... I do, however, believe in intelligent exchange of ideas with reason, proofs and evidence based on historical facts, not myths, speculations and superstition, no propaganda or slogans. I find it impossible to have any kind of intelligent dialogue with fanatical zealots who are mere puppets for demagogues (religious/political) that benefit the labors and monetary contributions of the gullible!
Throughout history, Man has invented so many gods and worshipped a slew of gods... it's really getting difficult to keep pace with the "one and only" when there have been so many gods and religions!

No. There's no evidence for gods of any sort. May as well believe it was done by leprechauns, aliens or the Easter Bunny.
Some people like to do that, though I don't know why. I just want to be a salesman when they buy a used car.:-)

As long as we believe in our own existence there is no necessity to believe in God because we should and would negate any belief of doubt as to the existence of our paternal or maternal grand parent's great grand parents continuing as a great-grand plan of successive generations of human existence.
