I ama a body builder and this is the diet that works for me when toning, not bulking:
Breakfast: cooked egg whites
Lunch: 1 can or pouch of tuna and an handfull of almonds
Dinner: 1 grilled chicken breast (no salt added) and steamed broccoli or yams.
This really works for food. Try Paladis or a dance class if you want to have fun while toning. No matter what you decide to do, always stretch before hand. At home, you can do reps with light dumb bell wieghts for your arms and shoulders, leg lifts and crunches for you stomach and legs.
This diet combined with exercise will show you results within a couple of weeks that will be very noticeable. have patience, it will happen!
