depends on the cause. If it's excess skin you'll only have toned muscles under flabby skin. If you build up some muscle it might help to make the skin less obvious. The only other option is surgery to remove the excess skin. If it's just muscle that needs toning you can use free weights. Swim laps in a pool. It's the truth. That's how ya do it. You don't have to be a good swimmer, just go back and forth for 1 mile; any stroke. It doesn't hurt like other exercise either...quite enjoyable, actually. Many other benifits, too. Go get wet!

cut the flab off and patch it up. it will eventually heal over and you can use the excess flesh as a dinner ingredient. check food sites for ideas.
