My father did the same thing w/my bro. Your father needs to realize by enabling is a slap in your face. She does wrong but gets rewards for her problems. The best way for him to help her is tough love and thats hard for a parent. Parents dont want to realize they are helping their kids but they feel so bad for them and dont want to lose them. In the long run they will. Since your the one who sees this alot clearer, you get some professional advice and approach your parents. Research and get some info. and show this to them. Ask them to get some help on how to deal w/this for you. They can do this one thing for you if they are so willing to help her.

Ask him if he has a good suit to wear to her funeral? Sounds harsh but don't you think you would get his attention?
