my crush noticing me more?

Why is it my crush is the only one that knows that i had plastic surgery and keeps looking at me, she does that more than anyone else. Do you think she's disgusted by what i did, its not like i look hideous, actually i think i look a whole lot better after surgery. I 'm wondering if the starring is a good or bad thing?
