If record in any different case nevertheless honest as in no different felonies committed- video exhibit bracelet, greater counseling classification consultation, greater ask your self drug exams- this may well be a final threat drill- for the remainder of probation era with perhaps greater months extension. What state and grew to become into this perhaps a federal probation as legal?

I'm not sure.
When people violate probation, they can be incarcerated.
What you want to do is talk to your probation officer if you feel you would have trouble following the rules, so he/she can provide you with information on how to follow rules.
If you feel that you are struggling to stay off drugs, tell the officer that you are uncomfortable without medication and perhaps he/she can get you treatment from a doctor. Perhaps you need prescription medication.
The lower you go, the harder it is to climb back up. Realize that society has the power and it doesn't like drop-outs and criminals. If you are lucky, you will get a second chance, but you are not likely to get many more chances before society gives up on you.

They will revoke your probation. Probation is an agreement that you will not get penalized for your original charges if you comply with the terms of your probation. A hot UA breaks that agreement and they will go back and charge you for whatever it was that you were on probation for. Plus you will have additional charges for using. You will go back to court, and yes, you could end up in youth corrections. Also, depending on how many probation violations you have had, 3 almost always means time.

sometimes you get violated which would consist of a fine, or you could get arrested it depends on if you have been violated before and not only that but it sometimes depends on your P0 but for future reference remain drug free because all you are doing is making it harder on yourself or better yet look into how much money you owe get an after school job or weekend job or do odd jobs such as cutting grass, running errands, etc and pay off your fines and then you can go back to court and get off probation and then you would not have this to worry about.

Usually they will extend yor probabtion and in some cases they will give you an ankle bracelet for house arrest. If you turn 18 qhil on probabtion and fluck a test very good chance you'll be spending a few nights in a cell. Don't drop the soap!

I think they need to take another look at why they allowed you to be on probation. If you are not able to pass a drug test then you must be doing something to jeopardize your probation status, perhaps your probation should be revoked.

It depends on what drugs and what crime you did to be put on probation. Most of the time, if its trace amounts of marijuana, they will extend your probation and possibly make you spend a few days in the pokey. If its a hrader drug like cociane or meth, then you will be going to jail.
However, if you are on probation and you do drugs, then maybe you need to go to jail.

That's a violation of probation. It depends on your probation officer and how lenient they're willing to be. You could very well wind up in juvy. Next time, how about obeying the law? Crime doesn't pay, it costs and costs and costs.

In indiana...
if a juvenile fails a piss test
they
a> review the charges on which got you put on probation. if they were drug charges they will lock you up until you piss clean.
b> they also extend probation for 2 months.
but if you fail for coke or meth or heroin. they lock you up and force you to enter a rehabilitation program at your expense.
