You're probably just nervous about having a boyfriend or you like playing hard to get. It's not uncommon. You're just a normal teenage girl with a lot of questions.

You want someone else, whose picture in you already. Might happen also that you've got some fears of loosing your autonomy instead of having the joy that you really get sg/sy new and interesting. But I think, if you would really fall in love you wolud't hasitate, you would belive also that you are the only and perfect one for him, so there woludn't be any undetestimaing-problem.

Maybe you are just not ready for a boy yet, or you are too scared to try. But hey, life is not worth living if you are not willing to face your fears and take chances.

Nothings wrong with you! You probably just feel nervous and self conscious around that person! It makes you want to avoid them. If they like you, don't be afriad to be yourself around them, there's no reason to avoid them!! Go for them and see what happens!! Worst case scenario, they don't like you, and that only means they aren't meant for you!
